Casting Call for Insurance TV Spot

Shoot dates: November 4-6th. It will be ONE of these days.
Talent must be available the day BEFORE the shoot and be on set for a wardrobe fitting for a few hours.
There will be a 2:00 spot as well as a :60 version
These are non-union speaking roles, exclusivity for life insurance spots, national buy on cable only.
RATES
2:00 minute spot is $400.00 for shoot day/ $400.00 for the first 13 week cycle and $250.00 for the fitting day. If selected to run for the remainder of the year the rate is $1200.00 if selected for additional buy.
:60 second spot is $400 for first 13 weeks and if selected to run for the remainder of the year the rate will be $1200.00 if selected for additional buy
Please note there are 3 spots will run for a 13 week cycle. So all talent will receive the initial 13 week rate. Then they may choose 1 spot to run the remainder of the year—so the 1 year buyout is a rate they will receive ONLY if that spot is chosen.
(For Example: The initial payment for the first 13 week cycle, for both spots is $1,050.00)
Must be willing to renew for the year, but it is NOT a given that it will be renewed after the first 13 weeks.
